Veteran social activist Anna Hazare gestures as he addresses a press conference along with former army chief V K Singh in Amritsar yesterday. Hazare is set to start a nationwide tour of today under the slogan ‘Jantantra Yatra’ (Democracy Pilgrimage), to campaign for a stronger anti-corruption bill, electoral reforms and other issues. The new movement comes exactly two years after Hazare staged a hunger strike against corruption in New Delhi.
