Qtel customers joined Al-Gharrafa as the big winners of the Emir’s Cup this weekend, when 50 lucky
winners were named for the special ‘Score and Win a Million’ contest.

Nine winners were named to take part in the competition for the star prize, with the chance to shoot on goal during half-time of the Emir Cup on Saturday night.
Naif Nasser al-Emadi, Abdel Rahman Asheir, Ro’a Abdel Jaleel, Baigo Madwafan, Salah Abdel Razek Mohamed, Tamer al-Husseini al-Kanaki, Abdel Rahman Fadel al-Saadi, Mohamed Mahmoud al-Sayed and Saeed al-Sayed were the grand finalists, walking away with a range of special cash prizes.
Naif Nasser al-Emadi proved to be the most accurate striker of the evening, walking away with one of the leading prizes.
Thousands of football fans took part in the exciting competition. Every fan that purchased a ticket for the Grand Final of the Emir Cup had the chance to take part in a virtual goal competition to enter the draw, and more than 20,000 people registered.
Qtel supported the competition as part of its wider sponsorship programme, which aims to bring joy and excitement to sporting contests across the country, and encourage more people to get engaged in a healthy, active lifestyle. As well as the “Score and Win” contest, Qtel also provided a fleet of specially-branded cars, that toured the country promoting the Cup final.
