Techno Blue, the official distributor of Samsung televisions, home appliances, laptops and other products, has opened their latest state-of-the-art digital showroom in Al Khor.
The showroom was opened by Y S Kim, president of Samsung Gulf Electronics, and Nabil A R Abu Issa, chairman of Techno Blue.
Located on the main road towards Al Khor Housing (opposite Commercialbank), the showroom is easily accessible and has plenty of parking space. The proximity of the showroom to places such as Al Shamal makes it a convenient option for customers living in the north of Qatar.
The showroom features the latest in televisions, home appliances, mobile phones, tablet PCs, cameras, laptops, kitchen appliances and commercial air-conditioners among other products. The display has been conceptualised with the aim of enhancing consumer experience through “touch and feel” of the products.
Customers can have a hands-on experience of a product before deciding to buy it. Aiding them will be a team of trained sales consultants.
Another value addition is a smart kiosk, which allows the customers to update firmwares of their Samsung phones and tablets free of charge.
“We, as a family, have been in this business for over 30 years and the experience has helped us understand the requirements of consumers in Qatar precisely. The Al Khor showroom is designed and staffed based on this experience. We strongly believe that our customers should get full value for what they spend in our showrooms through expert presale consulting and excellent after-sales service,” the Techno Blue chairman said.
“In the months to come, this location will also serve as a service hub for customers in Al Khor, Lusail and other areas, extending up to Al Shamal. It will allow us to serve our customers with a faster response time. Also, this facility has been built with the necessary storage capacity to ensure same-day delivery to customers.”
Keeping pace with the growth of Qatar’s economy, Techno Blue is investing heavily in various initiatives. In this regard, it is planning to open more retail outlets and service points at strategic locations in the country.
