HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani with Saudi Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud, who is also the kingdom’s deputy premier and minister of defence, before their meeting at the Emiri Diwan yesterday. Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz arrived in Doha on Monday to attend the fourth session of the Qatari-Saudi joint co-ordinating council. The Emiri Diwan meeting was attended by HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor al-Thani and the official delegation accompanying the Saudi crown prince. The two sides discussed bilateral relations and reviewed regional and international issues of mutual concern. HH the Emir hosted a luncheon banquet in honour of Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz and the accompanying delegation. The Saudi leader left Doha in the afternoon. The Emir, the Heir Apparent and the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister saw him off at Doha International Airport
