“We will spice up your life this summer with 5 and 6% cash back promotions during the 5th and 6th months of the year and will have a new flavour during the 7th and 8th months with rewards that complement the spending pattern of most customers,” the bank said.
Doha bank customers will get 5% cash back on all foreign currency spends this month, whether they are purchases on an early vacation or Internet reservations of international airline tickets and hotels.
June being the 6th month, the bank will give its customers 6% cash back on all foreign currency spends.
“So, Doha Bank credit cardholders are set to be rewarded generously on their trips abroad and Internet international purchases this summer,” a bank release said.
Seven lucky winners will have all of their month’s spends refunded in July, the seventh month of the year.
“Absolutely, we complement the traditions and practices of Ramadan and Eid by giving opportunities to win the month’s spending, whether it is done towards eating out, buying gifts for friends and family or even renovating one’s home with new furniture and electronics,” the bank said.
In August, the ‘5-6-7-8’ promotion campaign will have a ‘happy ending’ with eight winners getting selected for a refund of their entire month’s card spend.
During the promotion, those shopping for gift items, perfumes, chocolates, electronics or anything else at the Qatar Duty Free in Doha International Airport with Doha Bank credit card will earn a 5% cash back.
