Wade Kirkland and Matthew Osborne
Vodafone Qatar has announced two new appointments to the management team.
Matthew Osborne is the legal and regulatory director and Wade Kirkland the strategy and planning director.
Osborne, with a background as a corporate  and commercial lawyer qualified in New Zealand and England and Wales, has held the role of Vodafone Ireland general counsel for four years from May 2007 to May 2011. 
He has also previously worked in private practice as a corporate solicitor for top tier private practice law firms in New Zealand, London and Dublin with experience across a range of corporate and commercial and transactions.  Osborne holds a law degree from the University of Canterbury and a bachelors degree in commerce from
Auckland University.
Kirkland has been promoted to his new post after three years in Vodafone Qatar’s finance department, including a period as acting chief finance officer.
He joined Vodafone Qatar from Vodafone New Zealand where he held a number of management roles in finance over a five-year period.
