The Al Muftah pavilion at the Project Qatar 2012 exhibition
Prominent Qatari business firm, Al Muftah Group has set up an imposing pavilion, featuring an array of the group’s trading activities at the ongoing Project Qatar 2012 exhibition at Doha Exhibitions Centre.
The group’s pavilion, set in  green background, highlights the group’s commitment to developing eco-friendly environs in the country and  is one of the major attractions at this year’s exhibition.
Al Muftah has showcased its latest products and services to the visitors. The company plans to leverage its long history of introducing many innovative solutions to the Qatari market in order to engage the leading international buyers and government agencies participating in the four-day event, which is believed to be the most talked about construction, infrastructure  and property event in the GCC.
The participating Al Muftah divisions and their respective products include Al Muftah Automatic Doors (automatic doors and entrances made by Italian manufacturer Ditec), Al Muftah Elevators and Escalators (elevators and escalators made by Japanese manufacturer Fuji), Al Muftah Polymers (water tanks, road barriers and flower pots).
The others are Al Muftah Specialities (drywall systems and luxurious doors and windows made by German manufacturers Fermacell and Unilux, respectively), Al Muftah Cable Vision (CCTV cameras, servers and DVRs, intercom and nurse call systems, SMATV systems and computers), Al Muftah Tires and Lubricants (BKT-made off-highway tyre solutions and specialty tyres for industrial applications and construction equipment) and Al Muftah Fibreglass (FRP floating docks, FRP domes, sectional panel tanks, FRP car park covers, STP covers, manhole liners, FRP pipes and pipe fittings, and custom-designed FRP parts).
The Al Muftah pavilion also houses sections for Al Muftah Carpentry, Al Muftah Interiors, Anytime Fitness and Al Muftah Contracting Company’s civil division.
According to Al Muftah Group managing director  Ibrahim Almuftah, Project Qatar 2012 offers matchless opportunities for both exhibition participants and attendees, especially in the light of the current economic and construction boom being experienced by the country.
