Holiday Villa officials and guests celebrate the start of a food festival dusing which Holiday Villa celebrates the delicacies of Perlis state in northern Malaysia. Every Thursday and Friday, patrons will be able to enjoy dishes like the famous Nasi Goreng Istimewa Perlis, a salted egg fried rice dish, jackfruit curry with Talang dried fish or Perlis styled Sour and Spicy Fish, locally known as Asam Pedas Rebus. “This is our first experience in pushing forward a northern cuisine and we are very excited to present the selection of authentic delicacies, carefully selected by the Crown Prince of Perlis, Tuanku Syed Faizuddin,” said Holiday Villa general manager Joey Chen.
