International Bank of Qatar (IBQ) was recently honoured with the Euromoney award for Best Private Bank for Privacy and Security in Qatar.
Chaouki Daher, assistant general manager and head of private banking at IBQ, received the award at Euromoney’s Private Banking Survey Awards Dinner in London on February 21.
This was the second Euromoney award for IBQ in as many years. In 2012, the magazine had given the award of Best Private Banking Services in Qatar for High Net Worth
services to IBQ.
The Euromoney Private Banking Awards are the most prestigious in the growing area of wealth management. They cover over 60 countries each year, as well as global and regional awards. They are also voted for by industry experts and private
bankers themselves.
