William Mombo of Transport for London (TfL) searches along shelves of lost baggage received in the past two weeks at the TFL Lost Property Office (LPO) in central London. It is estimated that over 15mn items of property have been found across the London transport network since 1933, when it was started. The LPO receives up to 1,500 items per day.
