HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani yesterday met separately at his Emiri Diwan Office Finland’s former president Taria Halonen and Niger’s President Mahamadou Issoufou. The two leaders are in Qatar to attend the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (Unctad) being held in Doha.
