The Diplomatic Institute of Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs organised a training course for the second batch of 27 male and female Qatari foreign service staff. Pictured are the graduates with the Deputy Foreign Minister for Services, Rashed bin Khalifa al-Khalifa who presided over the valedictory function. Also present at the function was the Chief Palestinian Negotiator, Dr. Saeb Erekat.
