| Mannai HED officials among other JCB award winners in New Delhi, India |
Mannai HED won the honour amongst eight other nominees for establishing facilities and making it functional to improve both customer experience and satisfaction.
Present for the awards ceremony were JCB officials Patrick Massardy (director for MEA & France business) and Paul Murray (general manager of Africa business).
Mannai HED senior manager Sridhar, who received the award, stated it was a great achievement.
He said: “JCB is one of the world’s top manufacturers of construction equipment and we have been their exclusive dealership in Qatar for more than 38 years.
“JCB and Mannai HED share the same passion and common vision, aiming to deliver excellence in every possible way to the customers.

The award was in recognition of Mannai HED’s strong attention to customer service and spanned a number of initiatives including the setting up of sales, parts and service operations under one roof and establishing a dedicated service training room.
Mannai HED official Luigi Rubinacci said the company focused on streamlining the customer experience and by centralising sales, parts and service.
