The UDC stand during the Career Fair
The United Development Company (UDC) and its subsidiaries have showcased the organisation’s wide range of career opportunities for nationals at the recent Qatar Career Fair 2012 (QCF).
The fair, aimed at Qatari graduates, high school and university students, further emphasised UDC and The Pearl-Qatar’s commitment to encouraging talented Qatari youth to join its array of exciting career paths in fashion, hospitality, real estate, engineering and other fields.
“People are our most important resource and developing our employees to reach their greatest potential is vital,” UDC Human Resources VP Carey White said while mentioning that UDC, its subsidiaries and flagship project The Pearl-Qatar are proud to have taken part in the fifth annual Qatar career fair.
“Our participation was part of the ongoing programme to both encourage and support Qatari students by introducing them to one of the largest urban developments in Qatar and offering them the opportunity to discover the diverse range of exciting career possibilities,” he added.
Since 2009, UDC – the master developer of The Pearl-Qatar – has grown to more than 1,200 employees and has become one of the country’s most diverse and dynamic companies offering rewarding and challenging careers.
