HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani has received a written message from President of Cyprus Demetris Christofias pertaining to bilateral relations and means of enhancing them. The official envoy of the Cypriot government Stefanos Stefano handed over the message during a meeting with the Emir at the Emiri Diwan yesterday.
