HE the Chairman of the Administrative Control and Transparency Authority Abdullah bin Hamad al-Attiyah holding talks with China’s Ambassador to Qatar Gao Yuchen and French Ambassador to Qatar Jean-Christophe Peaucelle. During the two separate meetings they reviewed a range of topics of mutual interest. The Chinese Ambassador handed al-Attiyah a message from the vice-chairman of China’s National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) expressing the latter’s thanks for the hospitality accorded to the Chinese delegation during the Climate Change Conference (COP 18) and his congratulations on the success of the conference. Talks with the French ambassador dealt with key topics of mutual concern, particularly the results of the 18th Conference of Parties to the United Nations Framework Conference on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the 18th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 18/MOP 8), held recently in Doha and the 21st summit, scheduled to be held in Paris in 2015.
