HCL Infosystems Middle East and Africa (MEA), one of India’s top IT hardware, services and ICT system integration firms has launched operations in Qatar through a strategic tie up with Dyarco International WLL, a leading business consultancy in Qatar and subsidiary of Al Faisal Holdingns in Qatar.
