Doha’s Jumbo Electronics and Video Home has been adjudged the “Best Service Performer in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region” by LG Electronics, from among 50 country-level distributors across the region.
Before selecting Jumbo Electronics and Video Home, LG Electronics evaluated the service performance of all the 50 distributors in the MEA region for the year 2012, based on MEA monthly service performance and 2012 MEA service TDR Execution.
Jumbo Electronics and Video Home in Qatar achieved SVC performance evaluation and No 1 rank in service TDR Execution. The award was received by director and general manager of Jumbo Electronics Qatar C V Rappai from LG EME president Hong Kee Park and LG MEA regional representative James Park at the recently-concluded annual conference, held in Bangkok.
Also present were senior divisional manager (Service Division) Sheshu Kumar and assistant general manager Mohammad Anis. “LG & Jumbo take this opportunity to thank all customers for the confidence that they have placed in our products and services,” Rappai said. “Feedbacks from our valued customers have helped us considerably to reach the No 1 level from among 50 distributors and we assure our continued efforts to further improve our services and to remain as the best service facility provider in the region,” he added.
