Kerala Local Self-Governments and Social Welfare Minister M K Muneer receives the IBN 7-Outlook Diamond State Award from Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar in New Delhi. Kerala received the award for big states in the fields of education, healthcare, environment and poverty eradication. The Diamond States Awards recognises human and social development efforts by the states of India.
