Qatar and Moldova signed several agreements following official talks chaired by HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor al-Thani and visiting Prime Minister of Moldova Vlad Filat.
Co-operation between the two countries and ways of enhancing it, as well as regional and international issues of mutual interest were discussed.
The talks were attended by a number of  Qatari ministers as well as the official delegation accompanying the Moldovan prime minister.
Later the prime ministers witnessed the signing of several agreements - one waiving visas for diplomatic and special passport holders, another on economic and trade co-operation, a third for encouraging mutual protection of investments, an agreement on tourism and the fifth on sports affairs.  
Later the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister hosted a dinner banquet for the Moldovan Prime Minister and his accompanying delegation.
