More than 50 staffers at the q.media and q.mobility and about 50 children of the staffers celebrated the inaugural National Sports Day at the Sheraton Hotel Doha on Tuesday.

Adults participated in football, volleyball and tennis matches while children engaged in a slew of recreational games.
Since the founding, promoting the health and wellbeing of their employees and their families has been a focal point of q.media and q.mobility’s corporate social responsibility.
Emphasising the importance of having a healthy workforce Chief Executive Officer of q.media Sheikh Alhussein bin Ali bin Ahmed al-Thani said “we want our employees to keep good health not only for their own physical and mental wellbeing but also for everyone as a healthy society will stand the whole community in good stead.”
At the gathering, q.media and q.mobility staffers were encouraged to walk and run around the Sheraton grounds..
