MES Indian School has received the Qatar National School Accreditation (QNSA) certificate, ensuring the institution’s re-licensing, at a ceremony at the Supreme Education Council’s Evaluation Institute.

Saleem and Sasidharan receive the certificate
“MES is now well on the way to full accreditation with the QNSA,” a statement said yesterday.
The school governing body’s deputy general secretary M P Saleem and principal A P Sasidharan received the award from SEC officials Ayesha Saleh al-Hashemi (director, School Evaluation office) and Dr Hamda al-Sulaiti (assistant director, Evaluation Institute).
“An inspecting team from the Evaluation Institute had earlier recognised MES’s commitment to continuous curricular and infrastructural enhancement and consistency of quality assurance as being the pre-requisites to realising the educational vision of QNSA,” the school said. Al-Hashemi conveyed the Evaluation Institute’s appreciation of the school’s continued commitment to high standards. “School quality assurance and accreditation is a process of self-study and independent review of school educational practices, which establishes a public record of the learning experiences offered by our school,” observed Saleem.
“MES has whole-heartedly embraced this opportunity to further raise the levels of its scholastic and co-scholastic achievements,” Sasidharan added.
