The Porsche Panamera GTS
The Porsche Panamera GTS made its Middle East debut at the Qatar Motor Show 2012, along with the new 911 Carrera generation as a Coupé and Cabriolet.
With an eight-cylinder engine uprated to 430 hp, Porsche says the new Panamera GTS provides an everyday use vehicle with serious track credentials – a gran turismo for your daily commute. Porsche’s engineers have put together a chassis package with air suspension and adaptive damping, with a lowered body and more powerful braking system. Visual and acoustic modifications provide an additional boost to the sporty driving experience.
The new 911 Carrera Coupé and brand new Cabriolet bear the distinctive Porsche design language, while the 100 millimetre longer wheelbase and reduced height combined with the up to 20-inch wheels underpin the athletic appearance. Porsche say the all-new lightweight design and aluminium-steel body makes the new 911 Carreras lighter, sportier and more comfortable. The world’s first seven-speed manual transmission is featured as standard with the Porsche Doppelkupplungsgetriebe (PDK), also with seven speeds, available as an alternative.
