Dr Patairia, who released the magazine, with officials and members of Kainat Foundation
The Kainat Foundation, affiliated to the Indian Cultural Centre under the aegis of the Indian embassy, has released its annual magazine ‘The Kainat11’ at a function attended by National Council for Science and Technology Communication director Dr Manoj K Patairia and community leaders Hasan Chaugule, Syed A Hye, Salman Dehlawi, Habbibun Nabi and Mumtaz Hussain.
The foundation, whose objectives include providing education for all, popularisation of science, environmental awareness with child, health care and community developmental programmes, has set up the Kainat International School, affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi, in a remote village in the Jehanabad district of Bihar in India, to provide quality education to underprivileged villagers.
The event started with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an by Sharjeel Ahmed Kakvi followed by introduction of guests by Irfan V Soheb Salim welcomed the guests.
Kainat Foundation member Ivan Abraham gave his views and experiences as the editor of the year’s Kainat11 magazine and Kainat Foundation chairman Shakil Ahmed Kakvi expressed his gratitude to the people for their support towards the foundation.
