Kahramaa officials explain career and internship opportunities to university students
Kahramaa, in its efforts to attract qualified Qataris, participated in several recruitment and internship events at various universities in the country.
Among the institutions were the Qatar University and Texas A&M University at Qatar.
At the events, Kahramaa explained employment and scholarships opportunities it offers especially for engineers and those with technical qualifications.
Kahramaa is also receiving a number of students as interns.
At the Qatar University, Abdul Rahman Baker, head of the technical evaluation and engineering services, electricity transmission department, made a brief presentation about the goals and mission of Kahramaa and its role in purchase, distribution and sale of electricity.
The Planning and Development Section of the Human Resources department in Kahramaa continues to focus on developing Qatari cadres by providing career opportunities.

New appointments at Kahramaa
Kahramaa president Essa Hilal al-Kuwari has made new appointments to better serve the company’s stake-holders. Abdulla Anbar al-Jassim is the public relations and communication manager; Fahad Rashid al-Kaabi, manager, conservation and energy efficiency department; Abdulla Ali al-Deyab, manager, quality and continuous improvement department; Ali Mohamed al-Ali, manager, control department - ENA & electricity transmission department; Mohamed Salem al-Mansori, acting manager, water projects department – TA; Mohamed Mansour al-Dosari,  acting manager, electricity projects department - TA, and Nasser Mohamed al-Naemi, acting manager, electricity distribution department – ENA.
