Ezdan Hotel and Suites officials
Some residents and regular visitors to Ezdan Hotel and Suites have expressed their satisfaction with services during the monthly gathering organised by the Ezdan management in a bid to improve relationship with its clientele as well as to raise service levels to meet their aspirations.
The  initiative was launched by the hotel management to collect the views of its guests and implement them in order to bring about improvement in quality of services.
Ezdan Hotel and Suites general manager Mohamed Salah said: “We know that it is quite important to communicate with guests if we want to gain the highest standards of modern hospitality. So, we strive constantly to build a constructive relationship with our customers, especially with those who stay for long periods, thereby maximising the opportunities for exchange of opinions and rising to the aspirations of the guests.”
Ezdan Hotel has a total of 2,300 apartments which can be divided into 4311 rooms.
The hotel also has five different restaurants.
