Lagoona Mall, the luxury development in the West Bay district, is home to Qtel’s newest store. With its new range of shops, Qtel said it continues to take customer support to all areas of Qatar.
The store was opened by Qtel chief operating officer Waleed Mohamed al-Sayed and Badr al-Darwish, chairman of the Darwish Holding, owner of Lagoona Mall.
“Our aim is to deliver excitement for visiting customers and the new store will feature a full-service experience with wide range of products and accessories tailored to suit this prestigious location. We are delighted to be opening more locations to continue to make sure Qtel is always available,” al-Sayed said.

This is the first Qtel shop where people can see the new Qtel Fibre displayed, enjoy high-definition television and experience the incredible speed of broadband Internet over Qtel Fibre.
In addition, there is a customer helpdesk where residents can get immediate assistance with technical issues, automatic payment facilities and self-service machines, offering on-the-ground support and immediate service.
The design of every Qtel store aims to reflect the communities that they serve, with decoration in the new store aiming to appeal to reflect the customer base of Lagoona Mall.

In addition to the expansion of retail stores, Qtel has expanded its customer service team to serve the company’s expanding customer base and improve customer satisfaction.
