Qatar-based Pakistani parliamentarian Munir Khan Orakzai speaks at a reception hosted by the Pak Youth Society (PYS). Orakzai said his country’s two major political parties, the ruling Pakistan Peoples’ Party and the opposition Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz do not seem to have learned any lesson after the military rule under General Pervez Musharaf.
