On the occasion of Ramadan, Total Middle East vice president Arnaud Breuillac hosted a Suhoor reception at the Diplomatic Club.

The occasion was also meant as a farewell to Philippe Guys, the managing director of Total in Qatar for more than four years and a period of substantial growth for the Qatari economy.
Guys has developed several partnerships with Qatari institutions regarding initiatives of education and sustainable development.
Stéphane Michel was introduced as the new managing director and representative of Total in Qatar. He is familiar to the Qatari partners in his capacity as the manager of joint venture and business development in 2008.
The Suhoor was attended by distinguished guests from various sectors and several managers and senior employees from the oil and gas companies in Qatar, as well as participants and students who took part in the education programmes such as the Total Summer School.
Guys expressed his utmost gratitude for the warm welcome and hospitality from his Qatari friends. He also appreciated working with decision makers in Qatar for more than four and half years.
