Volvo FGD participants at a recent meeting |
At the recent event conducted at the Volvo Showroom in Markhiya, Domasco sales and service managers facilitated customer discussions along with Steve Beattie, network development and competency manager, Volvo Cars Middle East. Customers were randomly selected on the basis of completion of their first service on a new Volvo car. Clients were delighted to be given the chance to be heard and consulted on delivery of service, product expectations and distributor experience.
Welcoming the new initiative, Neil Hold, a Volvo S60 owner and participant, said: “It was worthwhile to share in the session and we appreciate the chance to exchange ideas not only with the distributor but also with the manufacturer. It’s a good feeling when vendors take interest in the opinion and suggestions of their buyers.”
“We are grateful for the support we have received from Volvo customers on this programme,” commented Trevor Fletcher, sales and marketing manager, Domasco-Volvo.
“With the feedback and learning gained, we look forward to roll out a robust plan for even better customer service and we are also on course to put forward recommendations to Volvo Sweden, and engage more customers in a continuing exchange of ideas for the future” he said.
