W Doha hosted the Qatar Concierge Society (The Golden Keys) monthly meeting this week. All head concierges of 5-star hotels in Qatar attended.
Discussions explored how to create partnerships with other international 5-stars hotels’ head concierges to promote hospitality in Qatar. 
Also on the agenda was how 5-star hotels in Doha can work together to increase the range of guest services they offer and in particular meet the special requirements of business guests.
W Doha’s public relations and events manager Edgar Vaudeville said it is important to create strong partnerships with the competition in order to meet the needs of the international business community.
