The Bank considers the programme an important element of its ongoing efforts to enhance the performance and skills of its employees by providing them with world-class learning and development opportunities.
In all, 20 select staff received their certificates at a recognition dinner held at the Bank’s head office in the Commercialbank Plaza.
The Omega Credit Skills Development Programme enables bank staff to demonstrate high levels of technical expertise, covering all aspects of commercial lending and financial analysis which will help Commercialbank continually match the high standards required to maintain solid asset quality.
