A slew of development projects lined up in the south Indian state of Kerala have started attracting the attention of potential investors, a spokesman for Skyline Builders, a leading real estate development firm, has said.
“Smart City is in the limelight again and decks have  been cleared for commencing construction of this prestigious IT project,” he said.
