David Fisher
Qatar Scientific Club will host today the renowned Italian architect Dr David Fisher, who will present his “Dynamic Skyscraper Green” project, the iconic tower that opens a “new era of architecture”.
The Rotating Tower will be the first building in history to be in motion .
In addition, the Dynamic Tower will have small wind turbines, hidden between the floors, producing power as well as solar panels positioned on all the floors, thus  the first to be also self-powered by wind and sun. The Florence-based architect describes Dynamic Architecture as “designed by time, shaped by life”.
Fisher believes that from now on, buildings should be smart and produced in a factory just like cars, trains and aircraft.
An off-site building will have endless advantages such as higher quality, faster construction,  better safety and cost savings.
The building will reach the construction site made of pre-assembled units, completely finished, avoiding noise, fumes, dust, loading and unloading work… making the construction a clean and quite process, another contribution to ecology.
