South Kanara Muslim Welfare Association, (SKMWA), a forum of Indian expatriates from Mangalore and Udupi districts of Karnataka state, has elected its office-bearers for 2011.

Abdulla Mono is the president. The other officials are Nazeer Shirva, Bashir Padil (vice presidents), Mohamed Afzal Jameel (general secretary), Dr Imran Ibrahim Nitte, Suhaib Mangalore (joint secretaries), Abdul Nazir Ullal (treasurer), Sulaiman Mundkur (assistant treasurer), Abdul Sathar Montepadav (sports secretary), Irfan Ibrahim Nitte (joint sports secretary) and M Iqbal Manna Udupi (public relations officer).
