This weekend will be held the third race of the Spanish Championship in the famous Motorland Aragon Circuit. Last week there was a two days of tests where Nasser al-Malki and Saeed al-Sulaiti had been getting ready for the race.
The QMMF team will be this weekend at Motorland Aragon with two Qatari riders, Nasser al-Malki and the newcomer Saeed al-Sulaiti who is having the great opportunity of taking part in the well known CEV championship.
Last week there were two days of testing at Motorland Aragon in which the QMMF team made a program with specific goals for both riders Nasser and Saeed. Unfortunately there were some electrical problems in one of the bikes which altered the schedule and the riders had to share a bike in one of the two testing day.
Nasser al-Malki could not test as much as planned and, although he did a good job, he couldn’t achieve the objectives, so he’ll have to keep working in the tests of the next race in order to reach a good level of competitiveness.
For Saeed al-Sulaiti these tests were his first experience outside the circuit
of Qatar and the first time riding a Moto2.
He started riding in a not very fast lap times, but had a good performance during the two days of work.
He has a hard work ahead but the team is confident that Saeed and Nasser will do a great job this coming weekend.
