Kazem Group to sponsor Thoroughbred Trophy

Al Kazem Group announced its sponsorship of the HH The Emir’s Trophy for Thoroughbreds during the HH The Emir’s Trophy and Sword Festival to be held at the New Rayyan race track on Thursday, The Group I Thoroughbreds race carries a purse of QR 800,000.
Present during the sponsorship signing ceremony were QREC chairman HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Faleh al-Thani and Al Kazem Group chairman Mohammed Kazim al-Ansari and QREC general manager Sami Jassim al-Boenain.
“Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club has been doing very well in promoting top class horse racing. We would like to see them reach new heights. For this we are ready to help out out in any which way possible. It is an honour to sponsor such a prestigious race and I must thank QREC for providing us an opportunity to be a part of such a mega event,” Kazim Group chairman Mohammed Kazim said.
Sheikh Mohammed welcomed the contribution from Al Kazem Group and thanked them for their support. “I am very thankful to Al Kazem Group who are one of our sponsors for the biggest racing weekend in Qatar. With this sort of support we could take Qatar racing to different level and I am confident that this will be possible very soon.”
