Dawid Truter and Scott Tulk emerged winners in Flight A & Flight B respectively at Qatar Golf Lovers golf tournament sponsored by Oryx Events over the weekend at the Doha Golf Club. However, it was 9-year-old Arnav Jain who stole the show with his impressive performance to win second prize in Flight B while his older brother Pratyush Jain won second prize in Flight A.
Dawid Truter also won the ‘closest to Pin’ and Varity Rosewarne won the ‘longest drive’ awards while Scott Gilbert won the special prize on Hole No.6. Bruce Chislett won the ‘best gross’ prize.
Chris Duffy, General Manager of Oryx Events hosted a prize distribution function for all golfers at the Doha Golf Club and gave away prizes to all winners.
Prizes for all the winners of the tournament held in January 2011 were also given away at the function.
