Government workers use a shredding machine to destroy thousands of confiscated pirated Digital Video Disks (DVDs) and Compact Disks (CDs) outside the city hall in Manila yesterday. City of Manila’s Mayor Alfredo Lim destroyed thousands of pirated DVDs and CDs amounting up to some 10mn pesos (US$232,000).
