Nepal’s Finance Minister Bharat Mohan Adhikari speaks to the media during the news conference organised at the parliament after the postponement of the budget details for the fiscal year 2010-11 in Kathmandu yesterday. The presentation of the budget at the parliament has been postponed to today due to threat of obstruction in the proceedings by the Madhes-based parties.
