Ariane Projects is showcasing its expanding real estate portfolio and development plans at Cityscape Qatar 2026, which will run until October 29 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC).

The company’s participation comes as it continues to deliver existing projects while developing new residential offerings, reflecting its focus on quality, strategic locations and sustainable growth in Qatar’s property market.

Sheikh Suhaim bin Khalid bin Hamad al-Thani, chairman of Ariane Projects, said the company aims to sustain its growth in Qatar, building on its experience since its establishment in 2013.

He said the company’s current strategy focuses on measured expansion, enhancing property quality and balancing investment ambitions with execution capabilities to strengthen customer confidence and support long-term growth.

Ariane Projects chief executive Sheikh Jassim bin Jabr Abdulaziz al-Thani said Cityscape provides an opportunity to showcase the company’s developments, engage with customers and investors, and gain insight into changing market needs.

Among the key projects on display is The 28 Residences in Lusail Marina, comprising two waterfront towers with more than 650 residential units and retail space, connected by a distinctive architectural bridge.

The company is also presenting Twin Gardens Residences in Al Erkyah, which comprises 377 apartments across 10 floors, in addition to a ground floor and rooftop.

The development offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with selected units featuring maid’s rooms, alongside amenities including swimming pools, padel courts, a gym, jogging tracks, children’s play areas and landscaped spaces.

Other developments in the company’s portfolio include Terra Gardens, comprising 56 villas near Hamad Medical City, as well as Scala North, Scala South, duplex units at Milos and plots of land for sale in Umm Salal Ali.

Ariane Projects has completed handovers at La Verde, while handover procedures for Urjuan are expected to be completed in November 2026.

The company is also working towards delivering Al Erkyah Avenue, Rivan, and Scala in 2027.

The developer manages 23 projects across 13 strategic locations in Qatar, with a total built-up area exceeding 1mn square metres.

Its portfolio includes apartments, villas, duplexes and land, catering to a range of homebuyers and investors.

Sheikh Jassim said the diversity of the company’s offerings enables it to respond to different customer needs, from those seeking homes for personal use to investors looking for assets with long-term growth potential.

Commenting on Qatar’s real estate market, he said that the sector had maintained activity in 2026, with continued interest in residential developments offering strong locations and clear investment fundamentals.

He noted that buyers are increasingly considering a combination of factors, including design, construction quality, the developer’s track record, delivery commitments, and surrounding amenities, rather than focusing solely on price or location.

Sheikh Jassim cited Lusail as an example of an integrated urban destination combining residential, business, leisure and service facilities, supporting its appeal to residents and investors.

He noted that practical layouts, quality materials, shared facilities and the overall living experience play an increasingly important role in purchasing decisions.

While homeowners prioritise comfort, privacy and everyday convenience, investors tend to focus on asset value, rental potential and resale prospects.

Sheikh Jassim stressed that meeting construction and handover schedules is essential to building trust, adding that the customer relationship extends beyond signing a sales agreement or handing over a unit to include product quality, transparency and fulfilment of commitments.

He said that the expansion of the company’s portfolio requires closer co-ordination between planning and execution, more efficient operations and stronger project management to maintain quality and meet delivery schedules.

He added that Ariane Projects would continue to prioritise project handovers, improve the customer experience and develop properties that combine quality design and construction with long-term investment value, strengthening the company’s position in Qatar’s real estate market.
