The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change has removed construction waste from the Bu Hesayya area in central Qatar.

The ministry received a report of the waste, so a specialised team from the Wildlife Protection Department immediately went to the site and took the necessary measures to collect and remove it. The Ministry stressed the importance of disposing of waste at designated locations, particularly construction waste, warning that indiscriminate dumping threatens the natural environment and vegetation cover.

The Ministry also urged the public to help keep wilderness areas clean, comply with environmental regulations, and report any environmental violations by contacting the Environmental Operations Room at 16066.
