Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) Secretary-General Dr Kao Kim Hourn has received the credentials of Dr Sultan bin Mubarak Saad al-Dosari as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Qatar to Asean.
Kao expressed his wishes of success to al-Dosari in performing his duties, emphasising Asean’s aspiration to continue enhancing and elevating the level of co-operation with Qatar across all fields.
