HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim al-Thani met Chinese Prime Minister Li Qiang in Beijing yesterday for talks on strengthening strategic ties between the two countries.
The talks focused on expanding co-operation in the economy, investment, trade, energy and technology, as well as boosting existing partnerships in areas of mutual interest.
The two sides also discussed key regional developments.
HE the Prime Minister said Qatar was keen to elevate its relations with China to broader horizons and further advance co-operation in line with the shared goals and interests of the two countries and their peoples.
