The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Wildlife Protection Department has spotted 18 abandoned vehicles in several wild desert areas across the country as part of its land-waste monitoring system.
Accordingly, the necessary measures were taken to remove the abandoned vehicles in cooperation and coordination with the Joint Committee for the Removal of Abandoned Vehicles and Machinery, as part of the integrated efforts of the relevant authorities to preserve the public appearance of wilderness areas and reduce waste and abandoned vehicles, which have a negative impact on the local environment.
Meanwhile, the Ministry is set to continues its field efforts to monitor violations and waste in wilderness areas and remove them, contributing to the protection and cleanliness of the environment and the sustainable use of its natural resources.
