The Military Sports Federation marked the conclusion of its 2026 summer program for the children of Armed Forces personnel, in the presence of President of the Federation Major General (Dr) Yousef Desmal Al Kuwari.

 

The month-long program was organized in cooperation with several partner entities, including Qatar Red Crescent Society; the Ministry of Interior, represented by the Drug Enforcement Directorate; the Qatar Shooting and Archery Federation; and Aspire Zone.

 

The closing ceremony included a brief showcase of the sports activities, in which students participated throughout the summer program, such as football, basketball, volleyball, handball, shooting, athletics, swimming, and martial arts. Under the supervision of officers and coaches from the Military Sports Federation, the activities helped develop students' athletic skills and provided an opportunity to identify promising sporting talent.

 

At the conclusion of the ceremony, the President of the Military Sports Federation honored the participating organizations. The event was attended by several senior Armed Forces officers and the parents of the participants.
