Qatar participates in 38th meeting of GCC Directors of Drug Control Agencies

The State of Qatar participated in the 38th meeting of the Committee of Directors of Drug Control Agencies of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, which was held Thursday at the GCC General Secretariat headquarters in Riyadh, on the sidelines of the Gulf Anti-Drug Week.

The Ministry of Interior delegation participating in the meeting was headed by Assistant Director General of Drug Enforcement Colonel Tareq Ali Al Faraheid Al Maliki.

The meeting discussed ways to enhance cooperation and joint coordination in combating drug-related crimes, exchanging expertise, and developing preventive and security efforts across GCC member states.
