The Ministry of Municipality has launched a suite of electronic services for its Urban Planning Affairs sector, accessible via its official website around the clock.
The services cover a range of land administration procedures — including removing restrictive conditions, registering condition-bound land in heirs’ names, converting land between regulatory systems, transferring restrictive conditions, and applying for replacement title deeds. Surveying services are also available, including access to survey reports and the numbering of streets, intersections, squares, and parks.
Users log in through the National Authentication System (NAS), select their required service, submit relevant data and documents, and track applications through personal accounts.
The ministry said the initiative aims to streamline land-related procedures, cut the need for in-person visits and paper documentation, and deepen digital integration across government entities — in line with Qatar’s broader digital development strategy.
