His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani met Tuesday morning, in his office at the Amiri Diwan, with Turkish Minister of National Defence Yasar Guler. The two sides discussed strategic co-operation between the two countries, particularly in the military and defence fields, and ways to develop them in a way that serves common interests and enhances coordination amidst escalating security challenges in the region. They also addressed the developments in the regional and international arenas as well as international efforts to support international security and stability.
