President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan discussed during a telephone call with his Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the military escalation in the region and the serious threat it poses to the security and stability.The Turkish president affirmed his country's rejection of the Iranian attacks on UAE territory and a number of countries in the region, stressing that the continuation of the military escalation exacerbates the state of tension and exposes the region's security to grave risks.Both sides called for the immediate cessation of military actions and for addressing various regional issues through dialogue and diplomatic means.
